Return / Exchange Policy - XGate Dental Distributor

1. We will exchange or refund items returned to us within 30 days since item arrival date.

2. Returned items should be in unused, not damaged or worn conditions

3. Returned items need to be in original packaging.

4. Dental and medical materials can't be returned or exchange.

Refund policy

1. We have to inspect all returned items when they arrive at our facility. We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping, if the return is a result of our mistake or defective products.

2. If the return is not a result of our error, but you initiate a return within 30 days since the arrival date, we refund the full cost of items, but exclude the charge of delivery.

3. You can expect your refund within 1 week after the returned items arrive at our facility. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate 1 week because of returned product inspection at our facility (5 business days).We will notify you via email with the details of your refund.

4. We will not be liable to customer for any damages beyond the amount of money that customer has actually paid us.
